Trainer

Responsible for overall Training & Development (“T&D”)

Responsible for preparing the training curriculum in accordance with the results of the training needs analysis

Ensure the implementation of the T&D plan for all employees at HO and All Branch

Responsible to evaluate the results of training conducted

Responsible for the mobilization of new employees

Requirements/Qualifications Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00

At least 3 years of working experience as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or related field in

Automobile Industry

Preferably have related professional certification

Good communicative skill and achievement-oriented
