Export Import Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

Handle procurement processes for goods and services from both domestic and international suppliers.

Conduct final negotiations and price analysis after the RFQ has been approved by the user department and the costing team.

Manage all import purchasing activities, including reviewing the completeness of import documents and duty exemption forms (Form Bebas BM).

Process Import Declaration documents (PIB) and submit State Treasury billing payments to the Finance Department.

Monitor shipments handled by local and overseas vendors, including ongoing and upcoming deliveries.

Submit online LS applications (e.g., through KSO Sucofindo) and process online payments.

Have a good understanding of regulations related to LS (Surveyor Report), Lartas (Prohibited and Restricted Goods), and Import Approval (PI) for Iron and Steel.

Possess a PPJK certification or have attended training conducted by Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai).

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Accounting

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, Email, and WeChat

Fluent in Import Regulation matters, advance in English (Active & Passive)

Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)

Communicative, proactive, highly initiative, loyal, and able to work under pressure

Familiar with ISO 9001
