Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion

Identify and target new clients across retail, institutional, and corporate segments for futures trading products.

Develop and execute strategies to penetrate emerging markets and onboard high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors.

Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed sales targets related to trading volumes, margin accounts, and client retention.

Promote value‑added services including margin trading, hedging solutions, and algorithmic trading tools through upselling and cross‑selling.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Monitor global economic trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to inform and adapt business strategies.

Leverage client feedback to enhance product offerings and optimize service delivery.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all business practices align with local regulations, including BAPPEBTI standards in Indonesia.

Educate clients on the risks associated with leveraged trading and margin requirements, promoting informed and responsible participation.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Experience in Account Management is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment rading products.
