FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER ANALYST

Qualifications

Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management

Min. 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Partnering, or similar field

Familiar with Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau), Ms. Access

Proficient in English both speaking and writing

Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Good personality, energetic, and pays attention to details.

Has good critical thinking skills, strong communication & collaboration, good in problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Support monthly performance review process by preparing P&L reports, financial KPIs, variance analysis, and productivity insight for operation team

Consolidate and validate operational data from operations teams

Assist with budget and forecast preparation: data collection, assumption validation, and template completion

Prepare costing inputs and basic financial models for tender proposal, pricing renewals, and contract simulations under guidance of the Finance Business Partner Manager

Maintain and update Power BI dashboards, Excel template, and reporting trackers to ensure accuracy and real-time visibility

Perform regular checks to ensure data consistency between system (ERP, HRMS, BI tools, payroll) and flag discrepancies to Finance Business Partner Manager

Track and monitor cost efficiency initiatives, overhead reduction, and productivity improvements

Support preparation of slides financial materials for review with Segment Director, Key Account Leader, and Operation Heads

Oversee health, safety & environment implementation practices in daily work and within their work area in the organization

Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work
