Job Description
The Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the outsourcing sector, This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The Sales Manager oversees the sales pipeline, leads a high-performing team, and works collaboratively with operations, finance, and service delivery departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support long-term business success.
Operations Management:
Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract closing
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements
Develop proposal and service agreements tailored to client needs
Client Experience & Satisfaction:
Build and maintan strong cllient reslationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings
Sales Manager will be main point of contact negotiations and issue resolutions with clients
Marketing & Sales:
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expanda client base
Drive sales, presentations and networking activities to enchance presence
Monitor competitors and industry trends to position services effectively
Financial Management:
Monitor sales perfromance metrics and prepare regular financial forecast and reports
Set and achieve revenue targets aligned with company objectives
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and motivated the sales team to achieve the performance goals
High performance culture focused on results and client satisfaction
Compliance & Contract Management:
Ensure all sales contracts comply with legal, financial, and operational policies
Work with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize client agreements
Uphold data protection, confidentiality, and ethical sales practices
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to business planning and decision-making with market insights
Understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years sales experience, with at least 3 years in outsourcing, or service based industries
Strong understanding of outsouring business models and client engagement
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Target-driven with strong business acumen
Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced industry
