Strategic Partnership Manager (Mandarin)

Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and identify potential partners within the fintech ecosystem. Develop and implement strategies to engage and secure partnerships with key industry players. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives. Oversee the integration of new partners, ensuring that all technical, operational, and business aspects are addressed. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and launch of partnership initiatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide partners with insights and recommendations to optimize their performance. Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and partner feedback.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the fintech industry (e.g., P2P KreditPintar, Julo, Ada Pundi, e-wallets, aggregators, payment gateways). Proven track record of successfully securing and managing partnerships. Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
