Qualification Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent Proficient in English, both written and verbal Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3+ years of experience delivering training, proficient in classroom management with well- developed presentation and facilitation skills Demonstrated understanding of learning evaluation metrics and measurement process Strong team leadership and client relations skills Proactive, highly motivated & pleasant personality
