Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our brand's digital presence, with a strong focus on paid advertising and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns while working closely with our in-house video and graphic designers to bring content to life.
This is not a team leadership role and you won't have direct reports. However, you will have decision-making authority over campaign direction and creative output, providing direction and feedback to ensure every piece of content supports both brand growth and advertising performance. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director, so fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
What You\'ll Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on building brand awareness and driving measurable sales growth
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce ad creatives optimized for performance
Define and maintain brand voice and visual direction that balances technological sophistication with home interior aesthetics
Brief video and graphic designers on campaign objectives, content requirements, and target audiences
Review and approve creative assets before launch, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards
Provide clear, actionable feedback on ad narrative structure and hook effectiveness
Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS) and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Prepare monthly digital performance reports for leadership
Monitor competitors within the home appliance space to identify advertising opportunities and emerging trends
Required
More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram advertising platforms
Experience managing paid social campaigns and optimizing ad performance
A sharp eye for high-performing ad creatives, especially video content
Experience briefing creative teams and providing constructive feedback
Nice to Have
Background in home appliances, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands
Experience managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns
Familiarity with influencers as on-screen talent for ad creatives
