Job Description
Manage all company legal documents
Monitor and renew permits according to their validity period
Coordinate with notaries and relevant government agencies
Provide legal opinions on business activities and contractual documents
Draft, review, and revise agreements/contracts with vendors, partners, or third parties.
Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company's interests.
Draft internal legal supporting documents (power of attorney, MOU, NDA, etc.)
Draft and update Company Regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and internal employment policies
Draft employment regulations to management and employees
Draft industrial relations cases (disciplinary violations, work warnings, bipartite mediation, layoffs, etc.) in accordance with legal procedures
Job Requirements:
Min. bachelor's degree (S1) from law.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in legal or industrial relations.
Experience in corporate and employment law.
Ability to draft legal documents and contracts.
Knowledge of industrial relations dispute resolution.
Must can speak and written in Mandarin.
