Business Intelligence Analyst

who’s not just great with dashboards, but obsessed with finding the

why

behind every number. You’ll work directly with teams across the company to uncover insights, identify problems, and drive real action. You won’t just support decisions but you’ll influence them.

What you’ll do:

Analyze business performance data to surface trends, opportunities, and red flags

Build dashboards and reports that make complex data simple to understand

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to solve real problems

Proactively find insights

(not just when someone asks)

Communicate findings clearly and precisely

(whether it’s a one‑liner or a compelling story)

Help others

Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques

Able to extract and interpret complex data to drive actionable insights
