Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor based in Semarang, allowing for a mix of office work and remote flexibility. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling, editing, and enhancing video projects to align with Raretive's creative vision and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include video production, editing, color grading, and incorporating motion graphics to create engaging visual content. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to ensure videos effectively convey the brand message will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Production, including operating cameras and understanding lighting and audio fundamentals.

Strong Video Editing and Video Color Grading skills with experience in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Expertise in Motion Graphics and basic understanding of Graphics creation for visual storytelling.

Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and meet project deadlines.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
