Financial Analyst & Investor Relations

JOB PURPOSE To help the company communicate clearly with investors and support management with financial insights. The role will also assist in preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and presentations for internal management and external stakeholders. This position will start as an individual contributor working closely with the CFO and senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investor Relations Support Prepare investor updates, presentations, and briefing materials. Support communication with existing and potential investors. Help organize information required for investor discussions and fundraising activities. Assist in preparing board materials and management presentations. Maintain and organize investor information and data room documents. Track key company performance indicators and prepare regular summaries for investors.

Financial Analysis Analyze company financial performance including revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow. Identify key trends and highlight important insights for management. Prepare simple dashboards or reports to track business performance.

Business & Investment Analysis Support financial analysis for new business initiatives or projects. Assist in preparing simple financial models to evaluate opportunities. Help management understand financial implications of strategic decisions.

Internal Coordination Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business teams to gather financial information. Ensure financial data used in presentations and reports is accurate and consistent.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, consulting, banking, or investment related roles. Experience working with financial data and preparing presentations or reports for management is preferred.

COMPETENCIES Good financial analysis and financial modeling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Clear communication Presentation skills. Ability to organize information and prepare structured reports. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good Enlish language verbal and written skills.
