Payroll & Comben Specialist

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing and HRIS Data Management

Manage end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time.

Prepare payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other pay components.

Maintain and update employee data in HRIS system ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Handle PPh 21 calculation using HRIS system and reporting using Coretax system.

Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and payment processing including PPh21 and BPJS.

Prepare and submit all monthly and annual tax forms accurately and on time.

HR Compensation & Benefits and Other HR Administration

Handle Employee Contract including new hire, promotion, demotion, and resignation.

Responsible for employee compensation and benefits administration working closely with Department Head.

Work closely with other Department Head and HR Generalist for employee yearly performance appraisal.

Provide regular weekly and monthly HR reports to support management's decision-making.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or related fields with GPA minimum 3.00.

2 to 5 years experience in HR Payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of BPJS, PPh21, and Indonesian Labor Law.

Experience using HRIS system.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Highly detail-oriented with strong integrity.
