Adecco is hiring on behalf of client for a talented
Sales Development Representative . We are looking for a highly driven and curious individual who will be on the front lines of a tech startup, connecting with prospective customers and sourcing new prospects to build and grow their sales pipeline. This role is based out of Jakarta.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the adaptability to quickly assess a prospect's needs, and good time management. The candidate must have
a strong command of English, as they will be communicating with prospects in English . Occasional travel to client sites with the sales manager may be required.
Responsibilities
Maintain high outbound outreach through LinkedIn automation tool on a daily basis
Manage consistent flow of outbound emails specific to qualified leads
Work on lead conversion, lead touch points, lead responsiveness, meetings booked and attended each month that results in pipeline generation and revenue
Network with relevant stakeholders at events
Proactively look for opportunities to improve the sales and lead management process
Qualifications
A passion for technology and the artificial intelligent space with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM tools is a bonus
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
Resourcefulness and results driven
Collaborative and coachable mindset
