Casualty Manager

Support the Head of Casualty in Indonesia to build the quarterly business plans with focus to Mid-Market and Industry Practice

Underwrite Casualty and Industry Practice Risks (CGL/ PL/ WCEL) for all distribution channel

Ensure Portfolio underwriting integrity of Casualty & Industry Practice portfolio across Indonesia

Support combined ratio goals, NWP goals, development of risk selection and underwriting standards

Report to the Head of Casualty on a regular basis the KPIs with focus to Mid-Market and Industry Practice: Pipeline, key initiatives, new business, key renewals and key brokers in Mid-Market

Support the Head of Casualty in Product development to ensure that Products are updated and filed

Work with other business lines and local teams on account prospecting, client meetings and presentations for multinational accounts
