As an Avionics Technician under the supervision of the Production Manager, you will plan and execute maintenance tasks and provide mentorship to apprentices. Responsibilities and Competencies

Carry out various maintenance tasks in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals and data. Troubleshoot equipment and systems. Request parts and materials using the manufacturer’s manuals and data. Complete maintenance releases for work performed and ensure clear and accurate documentation. Mentor apprentices and trainees in best practices. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Participate in company SMS and reporting procedures on all hazards or incidents. Maintain a clean work area and exercise FOD vigilance. Qualifications

A Transport Canada AME ‘E’ license is preferred. If non‑licensed, experience in the aviation industry in avionics is required. Preference for individuals holding an endorsement course for the aircraft listed. Good understanding of the English language, with the ability to read, understand and follow instructions in aircraft manuals and publications related to aircraft maintenance. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. Excellent mechanical aptitude and mechanical experience. Clean criminal background and valid police criminal record check required. Must be able to legally work in Canada. Typical Benefits
