Support the development and implementation of
training programs
aligned with company objectives and automotive industry standards.
Conduct
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
at the operational level in coordination with line managers and HR.
Organize and execute training programs including
onboarding, technical training, safety, quality, and soft skills training .
Deliver or facilitate
training sessions
for production operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors.
Prepare, update, and maintain
training materials, SOP-based modules, and training documentation .
Coordinate with
internal trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external training vendors .
Monitor participant attendance, assessment results, and
skill certification records .
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and post-training performance monitoring.
Support the implementation of
competency mapping and skill matrix
for shopfloor and technical functions.
Ensure training activities comply with
labor regulations, HSE requirements, and automotive quality standards .
Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular reports for HR and management.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in
Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Engineering, or a related field .
Minimum 5+
years of experience
in Training & Development, preferably in
automotive or manufacturing environments .
Hands-on experience in
training coordination, delivery, and documentation .
Good understanding of
manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations .
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and basic digital tools.
Good command of
English
(written and spoken) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
automotive standards
such as
IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 .
Knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or TPM .
Certified Trainer /
TOT / BNSP
or equivalent certification.
Experience using
LMS, HRIS, or digital training platforms .
