Location:

Jakarta, Indonesia. Full-time, On-site

Job Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and acquire new IBs / partners to drive business growth in Indonesia. Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners. Develop and execute strategies to expand partner network locally. Collaborate closely with local Business Development team, Marketing, and Operations. Coordinate with Regional APAC teams for reporting and alignment. Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and contribution to revenue. Prepare reports and provide insights on partner and market trends. Continuously improve acquisition strategies and partner engagement models.

Job Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or channel management. Proven track record in acquiring new partners / clients. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta and legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
