Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead projects from planning and PRD creation to UAT/PTR and official go-live.
Conduct market, competitor, and internal data analysis to identify product improvements.
Monitor product performance to ensure maximum reliability and availability.
Develop SOPs, sales pitch decks, and training materials for internal teams.
Act as the key bridge between internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally with an S1 degree in Management, Business, or IT.
Familiarity with FMCG Supply Chain, Distributor Management Systems (DMS), and ERP.
Proficiency in Data Analysis, Flowchart Design, supply chain management and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and effective stakeholder management.
