Medical Services & Ancillary Manager (Semarang) About the job Medical Services & Ancillary Manager (Semarang) Our client, one of Indonesia's leading hospital groups, is seeking a highly qualified and experiencedMedical Services & Ancillary Managerto oversee their clinical and ancillary services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both clinical and managerial roles, with a deep understanding of hospital operations and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic & annual plans for clinical and ancillary services aligned with the hospital group's growth strategy, in collaboration with the CEO.

Oversee Medical Professional Practice (MPP), ensuring full compliance with Kemenkes regulations, accreditation, and quality standards.

Lead training and development of medical staff to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-effectiveness for clinical and ancillary services.

Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across clinical and ancillary departments to drive performance.

Act as liaison between clinical, management, and corporate teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Requirements

Licensed Medical Doctor (General Practitioner, Dentist, or Specialist) with a Masters degree in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred

Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi), SIP (Surat Izin Praktik), and HIPERKES certification from the Indonesian Medical Council

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting

Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English

Deep understanding of hospital operations, regulations, and quality standards

Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams of 10+ staffs is mandatory

Willing to relocate to Semarang, Central Java
