Asset Protection Operation Supervisor

The Asset Protection Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of all company assets, including facilities, equipment, materials, and employees at the site.

This role oversees internal and contractor-managed security operations, supports the implementation of OBVITNAS systems and procedures, and coordinates with key stakeholders such as local government, Police, TNI, and community leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree withMinimum 5 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in Oil & Gas or Mining industries is preferred.

Possess recognized certifications/training from TNI/Polri (Gada Madya, etc.), ESDM/BNSP (POP/POM, etc.), or other relevant institutions.

Capable of supervising and controlling daily asset protection and security operations.

Able to ensure effective protection of company assets, personnel, and facilities.

Experienced in implementing and monitoring OBVITNAS security systems and procedures.

Skilled in surveillance, investigation, and security risk assessment.

Able to coordinate with internal teams and external security contractors.

Proven ability to lead, manage, and direct security teams.

Highly adaptable to new people and environments.

Trustworthy with strong awareness of confidential and sensitive information.

Able to work effectively under pressure.Strong, structured, and persuasive communication skills.

Active English proficiency, both written and spoken.
