Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HSE strategies in line with corporate and statutory requirements. Lead, coach, and support a team of HSE professionals to elevate performance and capabilities Oversee audits, inspections, training programs, and HSE performance reporting. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans across operational and project activities. Foster a proactive safety culture and support new site transitions and operational growth.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications such as

NEBOSH

or

IOSH

preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE management, ideally in data centers or technical/industrial environments. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive safety awareness across teams.
