Legal Manager (Litigation, License & Permit) Bachelor Degree majoring from Law faculty

Minimum 8 years experience as legal counsel / Legal License & Permit

Familiar with OSS RBA System

Certified Advocate holder would be advantage

Active and dynamic person who loves challenges

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Business District with possibility to do business travel

Good Communication skills and English fluency

Responsibilities

Review agreements / legal documents and ensure their compliance with the company's internal rights and regulations.

Maintain and manage company documents and records (legal).

Ensure that all permits and corporate governance processes comply with laws, regulations and internal company regulations.

Cooperate with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and third parties on legal matters.
