Air-Conditioning Suupervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate air-conditioning installation, servicing, and repair works for buses. Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to specifications. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Coordinate closely with production, engineering teams, and external suppliers. Prepare work progress reports and technical documentation. Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong background in air-conditioning systems, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Prior experience in a supervisory or senior technician role is an advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires communication with Chinese suppliers. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
