PLANNING ENGINEER for

project based agreement

JOB DESCRIPTIONS : Understand project scope, contracts, tasks, and timeline across engineering, procurement, and construction. Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for tracking progress, scheduling, and costs. Coordinate milestone dates and ensure proper scheduling including track schedule issues, report delays, and suggest solutions. Review and Monitor progress in all areas like engineering, fabrication, and construction. Identify and address gaps between planned and actual progress. Perform risk analysis for project completion and alternatives. Implement monitoring processes like KPIs, earned value, and resource tracking. Analyze changes and assess risks, costs, and delays. Maintain communication with the project team, client, and PMO.

REQUIREMENTS: Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Related Major Minimum 15 years of experience in Planning & Schedulling Engineer Having experience in planning, scheduling, or project control within oil & gas, fabrication/yard, EPC, or construction project. Have knowledge of project engineering practices,design details, international codes & standards, procedures, and specifications. Experience in developing procurement / contracting strategy and plan especially for brownfield/revamp project. Project management or planning tool certification (e.g., PMP, Primavera P6).
