Hiring:
Business Development Executive (B2B) –
Hybrid - Jakarta
I’m currently hiring for a fast-growing sustainable manufacturing brand (premium segment) supplying products/materials for furniture, interior, architecture, and building material projects.
This role is for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys meeting decision makers, and is confident handling middle–upper market clients.
You’ll handle:
Building partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, furniture manufacturers, distributors
Managing key accounts & project-based deals
Creating partnership proposals (collab programs, distributor agreements, long-term supply, CSR/EPR initiatives)
Managing pipeline through CRM
Actively joining exhibitions/events/workshops and representing the brand
Ideal profile:
Based in Jakarta, min. 2 years in B2B BD / Key Account
Strong negotiation, presentation & proposal skills
Comfortable with margin calculations
Strong network is a big advantage (or willing to build one aggressively)
Willing to travel to Sidoarjo/other cities for events
