Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Strong problem solving and prioritization skills, capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Strong presentation, organizational and writing skills.
Not suitable for Software Developer/Application Programmer roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to present technical solutions to customers (diagram, topology, BoQ).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Pre‑Sales position.
Pre‑sales experience: able to translate customer requirements into
network/security solution design .
Able to quickly understand client‑facing complex problems and advise effective solutions.
Eager to learn new technologies related to products and services.
Strong understanding of
network architecture
(LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching).
Understanding of
cyber‑security concepts
(threat, vulnerability, risk, compliance, zero trust).
Familiar with
enterprise network devices
(Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus).
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper‑V, and cloud computing.
Responsibilities
Pitch solutions to customers and explain all product or service features and benefits.
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals that meet client requirements.
Assist Sales PIC during technical presentations.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs from customers.
Determine technical requirements to meet customer goals.
Put together business cases for sales teams to support their proposals.
Prepare and review business processes, requirements, and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions.
Ensure potential solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Communicate business insights and plans to cross‑functional team members and management.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with internal teams or clients to provide feedback on current solutions and input on new solutions.
Prepare business reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to make proposals.
Schedule work priorities and deadlines with the Sales Team.
Create topology, Bill of Materials, and proposals.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers to provide the best solution.
Conduct technical presentations and product updates.
Update information related to technology and new products.
Conduct demo meetings with customers.
Conduct and create the PoC and its environment.
