Job Details Associate Director, Quantitative Delivery Lead Skale 70 Jakarta, Indonesia The Associate Director, Quantitative Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing Kantar’s reputation for world-class thinking and insights. This position leads a high-performing Quant Delivery team, ensuring remarkable proposal quality and flawless project delivery that satisfies clients. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client collaborators, including Marketing Directors and Board members, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. With an expanded revenue target and responsibility for large-scale accounts, the Associate Director will influence client success and drive measurable impact across diverse industries. Job Goals Deliver high-quality, data-driven proposals that reflect Kantar’s point of view and expertise. Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Build and maintain positive relationships with senior client decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships. Guide, support, and nurture the Quant Delivery team to reach operational excellence and foster professional growth. Find opportunities to expand revenue through strategic account management and innovative solutions. Champion outstanding methodologies and ensure alignment with client objectives. Represent Kantar as a subject matter expert internally and externally through thought leadership initiatives.
