Hiring: SAP HCM Payroll Lead (German) | Full-Time | Remote Are you an experienced SAP HCM Payroll expert with strong knowledge of German payroll regulations? We are looking for a hands-on Payroll Lead to drive end-to-end payroll implementations for German clients in an international environment. Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Languages Required: German (Fluent) & English

Your Responsibilities ✔ Lead client workshops to capture payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations ✔ Configure and validate SAP HCM Payroll solutions in compliance with German legal regulations ✔ Manage payroll integrations and ensure seamless system connectivity ✔ Support data mapping, migration, YTD preparation, and validation checks ✔ Oversee testing phases: SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs & Go-Live ✔ Troubleshoot configuration/integration issues in collaboration with global teams ✔ Ensure payroll system readiness and successful go-live execution ✔ Track milestones, documentation, and delivery timelines with PMs and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong expertise in German Payroll & Time Regulations ✅ Proven hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration & integrations ✅ Experience in international or multi-country payroll projects (preferred) ✅ Fluent German & English communication skills ✅ Client-focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup
