Job Description
Resident Services and Guest Management
Manage visitor registration and access control including guest announcements and temporary access authorization.
Coordinate delivery services and ensure secure package storage with detailed tracking and notification systems.
Assist residents with reservations for building amenities including fitness centers, meeting rooms, and recreational facilities.
Handle resident requests for maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, and lifestyle services with prompt follow-up.
Building Security and Access Control
Monitor building entrances and maintain secure access protocols during all shifts.
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with property management and emergency services as needed.
Communication and Information Management
Serve as primary information source for residents regarding building services, local amenities, and community events.
Maintain current knowledge of building policies, emergency procedures, and tenant handbook requirements.
Communicate building notices, maintenance schedules, and important announcements to residents.
Handle resident complaints and concerns with professional resolution or appropriate escalation to management.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and resident interactions for management review.
Amenity Coordination and Event Support
Oversee operation of building amenities including fitness centers, business centers, and common areas.
Coordinate resident events and social activities including setup, logistics, and cleanup supervision.
Manage amenity reservations and ensure proper usage policies are followed by residents and guests.
Maintain inventory of amenity supplies and coordinate with management for restocking and maintenance.
Support property marketing efforts by conducting tours for prospective residents and highlighting building features.
Administrative Support and Record Keeping
Process move-in and move-out logistics including elevator reservations and vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate resident databases including contact information, emergency contacts, and special instructions.
Handle petty cash transactions for resident services and maintain detailed expense records.
Coordinate with maintenance teams on resident service requests and follow up on completion status.
Prepare shift reports and monthly activity summaries for property management review.
