Facilities Management Manager

Manage the overall Facilities Management system (non-plant operations), including business processes and continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure alignment with company policies and standards. Optimize and manage all company-owned facilities and site-wide services, including external company premises, events, logistics, fuels, correspondence, to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with established guidelines and policies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all Facilities Management services and its report to ensure compliance with business targets, policies, and applicable regulations. Manage and oversee vendors and contractors performance for facility-related services and maintenance to ensure compliance with company standards and contract agreement. Manage facilities maintenance life cycle program and facility improvement-related projects from initiation to execution, ensuring completion according to scope, budget, timeline, and standards. Develop, review, and ensure the standard documents such as policies, procedures, and working instructions related to facilities services are valid, updated, and implemented effectively to support operational excellence and compliance. Manage and monitor the stock‑taking process for non‑plant assets including but not limited to facilities, materials, spare parts and consumables to ensure accurate physical verification of quantities and conditions against system records and fully available to support Company’s business. Monitor and control procurement activities within the department to ensure compliance with company procurement policies, cost-effectiveness, and timely fulfillment of operational needs. Develop and oversee the budget within the respective department to ensure effective and efficient budget utilization in compliance with approved allocations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum of 15 years of experience in Facilities Management services and maintenance areas from Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refineries industry Working Schedule & Point of Assignment

28 days on‑duty & 14 days off‑duty (flight and accommodation provided) Located at the Luwuk Site, Central Sulawesi
