About Our Client We are currently representing one of our client, a property developer company with luxurious project in Bali which looking to expand their team.

Job Description

Review and verify contractors' monthly Progress Claims through on-site measurement and validation

Evaluate and provide pricing for Variation Orders and claims submitted by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Perform cost analyses across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Landscaping works

Prepare Payment Certificates, final accounts, and relevant financial documentation

Identify and source subcontractors/suppliers; obtain and compare technical and commercial proposals; and conduct contract evaluations to ensure cost effectiveness

Attend project meetings and actively contribute to technical and design discussions

Provide advice and support to the Project Manager on contractual and procurement strategies, including risk assessment, value engineering, budget control, dispute resolution, and overall project management considerations

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management role, including strong capability in measuring construction quantities, preparing cost estimates, and conducting pricing analyses

Understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and procurement processes; able to work responsibly and independently within a collaborative team environment

Demonstrated knowledge of hotel and residential construction practices and standards

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in the procurement of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) is an advantage

Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp software is preferred

Willing to be placed in Bali
