Team Introduction
Our state‑of‑the‑art research facility at ITB is equipped with the latest technology, including not only an automatic sample dissolution tester, a three‑layer tablet press, a two‑layer high‑speed rotary tablet press, and advanced coating machines, but also an HPLC, and spectro photometer etc. These resources enable us to push the boundaries of sustained‑release and composite technologies, while also performing critical pre‑processing analyses to support our global manufacturing initiatives.
Your Role in this Journey:
Organize, manage and archive R&D related documents, including SOPs, test protocols, and research reports.
Ensure all experimental records and documentation are maintained systematically and are easily accessible.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) for R&D materials and equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing and Finance to ensure timely support for R&D needs.
Communicate and follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and invoices.
Maintain R&D documentation in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements.
Who We’re Excited to Meet
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably a licensed Pharmacist or higher.
Graduates from faculties of Administration, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills (both English and Indonesian), especially in dealing with vendors and internal teams.
Willingness to be based at ITB Bandung.
Preferred
Prior experience in administrative or purchasing roles, preferably in a laboratory or R&D setting.
Experience in overall laboratory operations (especially ISO17025).
Proficiency in Korean language.
