R-26000321**Job Description Summary**Responsible for overseeing plant acclimatization and ramet management processes, ensuring procedural compliance, budget control, resource coordination, and effective team development to support operational performance and company profitability.**Job Description:*** Determine criteria and select plants that are ready to be transferred from acclimatization to preconditioning or to PT SMART estates.* Ensure all purchases for acclimatization needs are within budget.* Review the schedule and quantities for ramet distribution with the Department Head.* Ensure all acclimatization activities are carried out according to procedures.* Supervise and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials.* Conduct greenhouse (acclimatization) and pre-nursery data collection activities.* Supervise the inflow and outflow, as well as the disposal, rejection, and destruction of ramets.* Supervise* Make decisions and provide prompt and accurate responses to issues requiring input and ensure effective coordination to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.**Job Requirement:*** Minimum SMA / Diploma 3 in any field* Candidates have working experience in the related field* Placement in Sentul, Bogor**"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**We are a leading, publicly-listed, global seed-to-shelf agribusiness committed to sustainable palm oil production.Our palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers).
