Key Account Executive

Key Account Executive Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts to ensure strong relationships and high client satisfaction.

Lead and develop account managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Serve as the main contact for key clients, resolving issues and inquiries.

Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability.

Analyze client needs and market trends to deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Track account performance, provide insights, and drive improvements.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.

Grow business within existing accounts while ensuring policy and compliance adherence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, sales, or customer relationship management.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
