Job Description
Responsibilities
Support business leaders in managing end-to-end HR cycles by applying strong knowledge of core HR functions, HRIS, HR data reporting, and capability development planning.
Handle employee relations matters with a solid understanding of compliance, providing objective and data-driven recommendations for resolutions.
Monitor HR metrics, headcount, and workforce productivity to support business performance.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields
Minimum 3โ5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and basic C&B.
Experience supporting leaders in HR processes such as goal setting, performance review, and talent development.
Proficient in HRIS and HR data reporting
Placement: Head Office, Bintaro
