Who We're Looking For?
Preferably has 2+ years of experience in IT Tehcnician in manufacturing operations roles position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
1 year of Contract based employee status
Fluent in English,
Excited about being part of a dream,
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
A strong believer in the power of winning together,
Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, basic server, and CCTV systems.
Familiar with ERP systems and plant-based IT environment is an advantage.
Able to use MS Office Programs and SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera
What You'll Be Doing?
IT Technician
is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, hardware, network, and applications to ensure smooth and secure IT operations in oleochemical manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
daily IT technical support
for office and plant users (hardware, software, network, and printers).
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
computers, servers, network devices, CCTV, and peripherals .
Monitor and maintain
LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and basic network security .
Support
production and warehouse systems
(ERP, HRIS, inventory, attendance, and CCTV systems).
Perform
preventive maintenance
and basic repairs for IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backup according to company policies.
Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and external IT support for system maintenance or troubleshooting.
Ensure IT operations comply with
company IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
