We are looking for a results‑driven

Key Account Manager

with a proven track record in leading sales activities and managing B2B client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates who have

at least 3 years of experience in a sales managerial role

and are ready to grow within a dynamic and professional work environment. This full‑time position is based in Jakarta, offering you the chance to be a part of an innovative and ambitious organisation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the labeling, printing and packaging industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet personal and team targets.

Lead the negotiation process, pricing proposals, and deal closures.

Understand client needs and deliver suitable solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

Experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably in the Labeling, Printing, and Packaging industry or manufacturing industry;

added advantage .

Strong knowledge and experience in B2B sales processes, and also proven experience in B2B and Retail sales, preferably in the Labeling, Printing, and Packaging industry

minimum 3 – 5 years of B2B sales experience .

Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasive, target‑driven, relationship management skills and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Target‑oriented with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Have a private vehicle and an active driving license (C/A) as a requirement for work mobility.
