Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred

Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role will be considered

Sociable and outspoken, willing to interact with guests

Ability to prioritize tasks well, attention to detail, and highly initiative

Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend and public holiday

Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment

Having excellent interpersonal skill

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Premium Guest Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact by providing professional, timely, and high-quality communication via messaging and calls to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Operational Coordination:

Proactively manage guest requirements by liaising with the operational team to ensure all requests and on-site needs are fulfilled to the highest standards.

SOP Compliance & Excellence:

Maintain a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding guest reception and day-to-day operations to ensure consistent service delivery.

Analytical Reporting:

Conduct weekly analysis and provide comprehensive reports on guest feedback, occupancy trends, and operational issues to drive continuous service improvement.

Operational Flexibility:

Demonstrate adaptability and commitment by working in a shift-based rotation to support 24/7 guest satisfaction across various time zones.
