Qualifications Strong skills in office administration, including operational oversight and organizational abilities Expertise in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Proficiency in front office operations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff Ability to lead a team, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming guest environment Previous experience in hospitality or front office management is preferred Familiarity with Balinese culture and sustainability practices is an advantage Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
