Presales Manager

Responsibilities

Analyzing and gathering business requirements from large and complex client environments and performing required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries (i.e RFP, POC) until doing module test of product.

Preparing effort and cost estimates for professional services, and price negotiation.

Looking for new potential clients and partners, following up ongoing tenders, and maintaining existing client relationships after project delivery.

Reviewing client/project contracts (legality).

Developing overall solutions, including high‑level design, statements of work, and service design.

Coordinating with Sales, Project, Product, and IT teams.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

5+ years experience as IT Presales, specializing in Infrastructure Security / Network products.

Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization, and delivery skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good conceptual knowledge and hands‑on experience in design, implementation, and support of IT projects, with expertise in enterprise IT technology.

Experience handling RFPs and managing POCs, BOMs, etc.

Deep understanding of business concepts and the application of technology in real‑world scenarios, delivering tangible value to customers.
