Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end HR administration for retail staff (new and resigned) in HRIS & Lark
Ensuring Lark database is accurate according to employment records in Talenta
Ensuring all documents related to employees are completed before creating SPT (Training Agreement) and employee ID
Maintaining accurate employment contract for all retail staff, including retail staff contract extension (following up appraisal form & creating contract draft)
Creating employee letters for internal/external purposes (mutation, promotion, reference letter, other letters)
Ensuring all created letters are sent to respective PIC and filed accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor degree all majors
Fresh graduate welcome or having 1-2 years experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail oriented
Willing to be placed in Benda, Tangerang
