Long Term Capacity Planning

Job Description 1. Develop and maintain the 3–5 year capacity plan for ParagonCorp’s manufacturing network. 2. Analyze production trends, machine utilization, and site performance to forecast future needs. 3. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D to align production capability with business growth and new product pipelines. 4. Provide data-driven insights for CapEx planning, factory expansion, and technology investment decisions. 5. Identify opportunities to improve productivity and introduce new manufacturing technologies or innovations. 6. Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis to anticipate bottlenecks or capacity gaps. 7. Contribute to ParagonCorp’s journey toward operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, or manufacturing development. 3. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SAP Planning tools. 4. Experience in CapEx or factory expansion projects is a strong plus. 5. Ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication and collaboration skills. 6. Passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and creating scalable manufacturing systems.
