FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Currently we are opening and inviting professional candidates in the field of Finance & Accounting Staff to join and work in High Volt Technology with the following qualifications: The candidate has a minimum of 1 (one) years of work experience, in the field of Finance & Accounting Staff; Candidates must graduate from a reputable university with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Have good interpersonal communication (oral & written) and able to interact effectively in English, and able to work together in a team or other departments/ divisions; Have computer operating literacy and MS. Office well; Have an analytical, thorough, loyal and committed attitude; Able to operate accurate or similar accounting/ financial software. Where the candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following: Inputting all financial transactions (daily bookkeeping and record keeping) into the system; Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures; Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment; Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files; Type periodic reports and other records; Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments; Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers; Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures; Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors; Perform other duties as requested by their superiors Consumer Electronics Manufacturing 51-100 employees PT High Volt Technology (HVT) is a national company and domiciled in Jakarta.
