Job Description
Liaise with local Indonesian clients and partners, managing business communication and daily interactions.
Oversee end-to-end international trade processes, including customs clearance, logistics coordination, and related business operations.
Manage the entire order lifecycle—from confirmation and tracking to delivery—ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues.
Support e-commerce platform operations by coordinating between the operations team, supply chain, and client requirements.
Maintain relationships with Indonesian clients, promptly addressing their needs and providing feedback.
Facilitate the signing of business contracts and monitor payment collection to ensure timely fund recovery.
Assist supervisors in developing business expansion strategies for the Indonesian market and achieve set business objectives.
Perform other business-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Indonesian nationality; bachelor’s degree or higher; detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible. Preference given to majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
Familiarity with Indonesian international trade regulations and customs clearance procedures; knowledge of logistics and order management processes.
Experience in e-commerce operations, with practical skills in platform management and operational coordination.
Candidates with existing networks or resources in Indonesian trade, e-commerce, home appliances, or consumer electronics are preferred.
Proficiency in English or Chinese as a working language; bilingual fluency is preferred.
