About the role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented General Affair Officer to join our dynamic team at PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading. In this full-time position based in North Jakarta, you will play a crucial role supporting the overall administrative and operational functions of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Providing administrative support across various business units, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflows

Handling office management responsibilities such as organising meetings, managing office supplies, and overseeing facility maintenance

Assisting with human resources tasks, including employee onboarding, document management, and coordinating training programs

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships

Implementing and maintaining effective administrative processes and systems to enhance organisational efficiency

Providing support for special projects and events as needed

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software

A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

HSE Certificated

Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English
