Our client is an FMCG packaged-beverage company established in 2022 in Indonesia, operating a water purification plant in Bali with a Singapore-designed process to provide high-quality drinking water. The company focuses on sustainability initiatives, including water purification, glass bottling, wastewater and effluent treatment, and rainwater harvesting. It produces premium drinking water in multiple formats, including gallon refills for home and business use, glass bottles for dining and lifestyle consumption, and aluminum cans for retail and distribution. Its commercial reach spans offline retail, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event partners, lifestyle venues, and residential and office delivery networks.
With around 70–80 employees, the company integrates manufacturing, distribution, and field sales operations, positioning itself as a modern contender in Indonesia’s growing drinking-water market. It is currently strengthening its organization in Bali to scale national sales execution, improve plant discipline, enhance workforce stability, and foster an overall performance culture, requiring a hands-on HR leader capable of building systems and elevating talent readiness.
Job Role
The HRGA Manager will oversee end-to-end HR and General Affairs functions, building workforce capability, improving retention, and driving employee performance for the production plant and commercial operations. This includes leadership in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, industrial relations, performance management, compensation development, and general-affairs administration.
The role requires a manager who can implement HR discipline on the production floor, reduce turnover, elevate performance, manage legal and IR matters, and support HR systems for a growing FMCG manufacturing workforce and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and workforce database; support manpower planning and reduce turnover.
Monitor workforce discipline, attendance, morale, and labor administration.
Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs, evaluations, feedback) and follow up on improvement programs.
Handle employee agreements, industrial relations documentation, and internal regulations; ensure compliance with labor law and BPJS; support legal processes for employee disputes.
Support compensation and benefits design, oversee payroll accuracy, and review market benchmarks.
Manage general affairs, including office/facility supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, and GA staff.
Act as HR advisor to leadership and collaborate with Finance and Production teams.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Experience: Over 5 years of solid experience in HR, with exposure to FMCG or Retail workforce environments; Spent the last 3 years in managerial or leadership level; Expert in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relationship, Com & Ben, Employee Lifecycle Management.
Technical & Professional Competencies: Talent acquisition and manpower planning; HR operations & employee-lifecycle management; Performance management system (KPI, assessment, improvement); Industrial relations and legal agreements; Comp & Ben design and payroll understanding; Supervising a General Affairs support team.
Language: English (fluency in spoken and written on a professional level to communicate with users, management, and headquarters).
