Job Description We are looking for an experienced

Senior AI Engineer

to be outsourced and work directly with our client, a French technology company. The engineer will focus on building and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and performing fine-tuning to adapt pre-trained models for the client’s specific business use cases.

This is a 1-year contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with the client’s product and engineering teams in designing, training, and deploying advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Research, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for real-world applications. Perform fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization to adapt pre-trained models to specific use cases. Design and implement AI pipelines for data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments. Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed AI models. Keep up to date with the latest AI/ML research and trends, applying relevant advancements to projects. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and ethical use of AI in business applications.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques. Strong professional proficiency in English, both in speaking & writing. Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and NLP concepts. Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate research into production-ready solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have: Experience in generative AI applications (text, image, or multimodal). Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop). Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
