Requisition to Pay Officer (6-Month Contract) , you will be responsible for validating transaction documents, monitoring workflows, and supporting timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

Ensure all required transaction documents are complete before processing payments.

Verify purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Monitor requisition processes to ensure efficiency and timely approvals.

Assist in coordinating with procurement and finance teams for smooth payment processing.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.

Maintain accurate records of requisitions and payments for auditing and reporting purposes.

Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the requisition-to-pay workflow.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or experience in finance.

Strong understanding of purchase order verification and requisition processes.

Experience in invoice reconciliation and payment processing.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
