Midplaza Holding is seeking a talented Recruiters. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring candidates onboarding process going smoothly. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring an efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
Conducting full-cycle of recruitment process, from sourcing to offering process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using networks and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, includes but not limited to building relationships with universities or academic institutions, if necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS system.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Involved in employer branding initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
Self-starter, able to work in a team or individually.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge in recruitment software.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Willing to travel, as necessary.
